The Best FLV Player
Do you want to play FLV files? I found the best player is the free Flv-Player S. So far, it's the only free player I know about that lets you watch the videos in full-screen mode.

Flv-Player S seems to be a bit out-dated as it does play the YouTube videos that I've downloaded recently. And the author's web page seems to be gone now.
So, I've just spent a little bit of time looking for another FLV player that could play back the videos. Another free player I have found is the Wimpy FLV Player 3.0. This player is available for both Windows and Mac OS X. I have tried the Mac OS X version and is quite decent. The only problem I have with it is that it is unable to play full-screen.
