Gateway NV5378U Notebook PC - DVD Drive Missing in Windows Explorer
Got this laptop to use as a media center computer with my LCD TV. I tried to play a DVD on it. At first I thought that the DVD drive doesn't work, because I can't see it in Windows.
But in the end the dvd drive on the laptop works. I was looking at the windows explorer and it didn't show up so I thought it was missing. But it shows up in "my computer" and I was able to use it. I'm not sure why it doesn't show up in explorer but I was able to play a movie so it's fine.
Anyone know why it doesn't show up in Windows Explorer?
